Bluenose

Bluenose was a torpedo-shaped Earthling robot designed for underwater exploration on alien planets. His first mission on Altair III ended quickly when his circuits were burned out by electrical blobs capable of merging together to feed. He was unable to obtain repairs until the Aloha eventually returned to Earth for a status report and supplies.
