Jore was the leader of the Free People on Planet X, once known as XC-5. He was leader of the fifth and final expedition to the Forbidden Zone and the last survivor of his team, and the only member to still wear the insignia of the Imperial Council. When Pebbles Flintstone and Bamm-Bamm Rubble were taken to him, he assigned them to the food gathering detail until they proved themselves worthy by escaping.
