Mata Handli is a Celapod from planet Sneeki V and a Friends Taskforce Colonel. Her personality is much split. On the surface, Mata is charming and even a babe to some species including her own. Underneath she is ruthless and more cunning than a Fornaxian Cunning Fox. Her decorations include the Medal of Two Faces and the Purple Heartless. Her motto is, “Of course I’m telling the truth!”
