Skeel was a muscled young Cerean who, though named after the figure from Cerean mythology, sort of disgraced that legacy. He was the leader of the Band of Techrats along with Kordren and Maj-Odo-Nomor. He was also the boyfriend of Twin. Skeel painted his face in order to hide his identity as a swoop rider. He died in 33 BBY during swoop accident while racing Kordren in the outsider citadel.
