Ugothans are the dominant species of planet Ugothu. They are chubby, pale-green swaybacked humanoids with thick three-toed legs and spindly double-jointed, three-fingered arms. Thick seaweed-like hair covers the ears and gill slits. Ugothans also have two eyes on the sides of the head, a gaping slit mouth, and a jutting breadstick-shaped nose.
They have many bizarre but useful customs. For instance, an extensive up-to-the-moment population record is kept, and no one needs last names because their name comes with a number depending on when they are born. Per example: Glallux 137, Glallux 138, Glallux 139, etcetera.
